16th Annual Carrabassett Summer Festival

The 16th Annual Carrabassett Summer Festival! Always held on the first Saturday of August, is a Music Festival, Art Show, Fly-in that happens in Downtown Carrabassett Valley @ the Airport and KC’s Kreativity Center. This year we’ll be celebrating the 50th Birthday of Carrabassett Valley. Start your day with the Young Eagles Fly-In at the Sugarloaf Regional Airport from 9:00AM-Noon. Learn more about aviation, tour local
planes, and get a free flight by area pilots for kids 8-17 years old. The area CV Radio Control Club will feature demos at the airport on their RC model
planes. Then head to the other end of the runway to KC’s Kreativity Center from Noon – 6:00 PM Live music featuring the “Outer Space Band”and other acts, multiple local crafters demonstrating and selling their wares, face painting, a Stanley Steamer, Food and Beverages, and lots of other family fun activities.
